So I called on two experts in the topic to chat with me today about anxiety and depression, two very common conditions in our world today.
Janette Mason is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a degree in Cognitive Science and Psychology. She incorporates food-based healing to help her clients overcome mental health disorders, repair their digestive system and feel great in their bodies. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and hosts workshops and seminars across Canada.
Catrina McCrae is a Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She specializes in using movement to support clients to feel stronger and more confident—both mentally and physically.
