Meet Despina: online coach and Certified Personal Trainer. After being diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 18, she was forced to learn about PCOS and how to overcome it. With a change in her diet and lifestyle, she was able to treat her PCOS and live a healthy, happy and confident life again. She is on a mission to raise awareness about PCOS and also put an end to low calorie and restrictive diets. She believes in the importance of good nutrition and exercise in cultivating a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
