HELLO it’s about time I re-introduced myself around here👋🏼

I was in a real FUNK on the weekend..

Let’s be honest the past 2 years have put us all thru a lot 😅

But I don’t think we are compassionate enough to ourselves

Life can be hard

And it’s important to recognize that we are human,

“Just try harder”

Is 👏🏻not 👏🏻helpful 👏🏻advice 👏🏻

I see a lot of shaming & guilt tripping women because they’re not trying hard enough

& a lot of disempowerment

Like “hey take this pill” or “jus

Waiting to feel ready to take action is like waiting for motivation to get anything done..

It’s backwards

You’ll never be 100% ready

Those who take action, get messy, figure it out as they go, and bet on themselves - these are the peop

There is a difference between getting rid of pain and 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠…

There is a difference between following a trail of quick fixes and 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀…
