Easy Buckwheat Granola (GF/V)


Buckwheat Granola

  • 1 cup of raw buckwheat (sprouted overnight, rinsed and drained)

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 cup mix of raw seeds and nuts (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pecans, walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts)

  • 3 drops stevia or 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or raw almond butter

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp ceylon cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until crispy. Serve as is or over coconut yogurt!
