The easiest bread you will ever make


When I made this bread for the first time, I’ll be honest, I didn’t have high hopes. It was my first time making any type of bread and I really didn’t think this was going to work out.

But damn was I wrong!

This bread is everything I wished for and more!

No joke, guys, this loaf didn’t last long in my house….

Not only is this bread low carb/keto/paleo it is also super filling and nutritious. It gave me so much energy and kept me full for hours with just one slice.

Plus I’m all about those simple recipes that don’t require 3.5 days and 57 ingredients to make!

Good bye bread guilt, forever.



1/2 cup coconut flour
2 cups almond flour
4 organic/free-range eggs 1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut oil


Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk the eggs well in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Grease a baking pan with the coconut oil and add mixture into the pan. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve with smashed avocado or nut butter!

Optional: As a vegan option, you could try using a chia or flax egg (2 tbsps chia or flax with water) instead of regular eggs.

So you may be wondering how to use this bread.

First off, I love it by itself. But it’s also fantastic with toppings:

  • Nut butter (I use NUIT superfood almond butter)

  • French Toast (toasted the bread then add almond butter + cinnamon + banana slices = heaven!)

  • Avocado Toast with hemp hearts and sea salt

  • Chia jam (check out my favourite chia jam recipe here )

  • Sardines or mackerel with tahini
