Coconut blueberry Banana Bread
Banana bread is literally one of the easiest treats to make.
And it doesn’t have to contain 20g of sugar per serving !
Blueberries provide antioxidants important for boosting fertility and protecting our cells from free radical damage. Coconut and almonds are rich in healthy fats that stabilize our blood sugar levels and provide the building blocks to make healthy hormones.
With fiber, healthy fats, and protein, this is the perfect treat to satisfy a sweet tooth and keep your energy high.

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
3 ripe bananas
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I love Coast Protein!)
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup wild blueberries
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a baking pan with the coconut oil and store in the oven so it can melt.
Pulse the flours, milk, protein, & bananas in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and add the blueberries. Mix together. Transfer the mixture into the baking pan evenly. Bake for about 30-45 minutes until golden brown. Let the banana bread cool then top with the peanut butter.
