Hey, I’m Laurence!

I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Life Coach for women, and I’ve been through it all : daily cystic acne, missing periods, hirsutism, hair loss, mood swings, burnout, depression, binge eating, orthorexia, PMS, missing periods, PCOS… I’ve been there. I tried the conventional route, the quick fixing, the dieting, the restricting… until I decided I wasn’t going to anymore. I was going to heal holistically, and I did. Now it’s been over 5 years that I’ve been helping women, like you, do the same.
